The storyline was found to be average. As a genre, zombie stories have been extensively covered in movies, leading to a sense of predictability. The plot revolves around a virus spreading through zombie bites, endangering an entire city. The narrative felt repetitive, lacking the thrill and suspense that a ghost-themed story might offer. The hero, 'Bhootnashak Mantra,' could have been better utilized in a different context.

Artwork

प्रोफेसर अश्वत्थामा 3 - समीक्षा और फ़ैन आर्ट (दीपक पटेल)

प्रोफेसर अश्वत्थामा (Cheese Burger Comics) के 2 भाग पहले पढ़ चुका था, मुझे यह सीरीज वैसे भी बहुत पसंद है ,आज तीसरा भाग पढ़ा और यह अपने पिछले दोनो भागों की कहानी को बढ़िया तरीके से आगे बढ़ाता है और साथ ही अश्वत्थामा और DJ दोनो के किरदार पर एक रहस्य की परत चढ़ाता है जिससे कहानी से लगाव बढ़ता ही है , आखिरी में हनुमान जी की एंट्री भी जबरदस्त है ,कहानी सिंपल है और अच्छी है , इस भाग के चित्र पहले की तुलना में बेहतर हैं और काफी बढ़िया लगते हैं , जब मुझे किसी कॉमिक्स को पढ़ने में मजा आता है तो मैं उसकी कमियों पे ध्यान नहीं देता तो कमियां मुझे इस कॉमिक्स में दिखी नहीं, उम्मीद है आगे के भाग भी अच्छे होंगे ।

शिवांश भटनागर के विचार - "सच में। क्या दिन थे वो भी जब ऐसे हरे पीले नीले पार्सल भारतीय डाक से घर पर आया करते थे। एक अलग ही फीलिंग थी, राजकॉमिक्स साइट से मनपसंद कॉमिक्स की छटनी करना, उन्हें ऑर्डर करना फिर पलकें बिछा कर उनका इंतजार करना। मैं हर सेट राजकॉमिक्स साइट से ही ऑर्डर करता था, क्योंकि तब कोई दूसरा ऑनलाइन सेलर भी नही था। मैने अपने आप से पहले बार अगर ऑनलाइन पेमेंट करके  कुछ मंगाया तो वो कॉमिक्स ही थी। 2009 में पहली बार ऑर्डर किया जिसमें अमेजिंग फ्रेंड्स ऑफ नागराज की कॉमिक्स थी योद्धा के स्वर्ग पात्र सीरीज के साथ जो की मैने चाचा के क्रेडिट कार्ड से मंगाई थी। उसके बाद कई सालो तक मनी ऑर्डर से कॉमिक्स मंगाई, ये भी एक अलग ही कारनामा था, पोस्ट ऑफिस जाके मनी ऑर्डर करना और फिर उसकी रसीद राजकॉमिक्स को भेजना जिसके बाद वो ऑर्डर स्टेटस कंफर्म कर देते थे। 2013 तक ऐसे किया और उसके बाद बैंक अकाउंट खुलवा कर खुदका कार्ड लिया और तबसे ऑनलाइन पेमेंट करना शुरू किया। ये सिलसिला 2019 तक चला बालचरित की लास्ट कॉमिक एंड गेम के प्री ऑर्डर तक। उसके बाद ये साइट हमेशा हमेशा के लिए बंद हो गई पर वो यादें, ऑर्डर शिप होने के बाद डाकिए की राह देखने की, जीवन भर के लिए रह गईं हैं।"

अब शायद नहीं...

 शहर को जंगलिस्तान बनाने वहां पहुंचा मदमस्त भेड़िया, भारत का राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फेंकता है और जंगलिस्तान का झंडा लहराने को है। ये देख तिरंगा भारतीय झंडे की शान में किले से ही उसे पकड़ने को छलांग लगा देता है। इससे पहले शायद पाठक की तरह तिरंगा को खुद पता था कि भेड़िया से सीधी टक्कर में देर-सबेर हार ही है, लेकिन गिरते राष्ट्रीय ध्वज को हाथ में लेकर तिरंगा के मन में आया...बस बे भेड़िया तेरी ऐसी-तैसी। 

किसी को यूं बताओ, तो पता नहीं उसे कुछ खास लगे भी या नहीं...पर शरीर में उस वक़्त ऐसा एड्रेनालाइन का शॉट लगा कि जैसे मैं कहीं पास छिपकर ये  महायुद्ध देख रहा हूं। अब तो शायद एड्रेनालाइन बनता ही नहीं शरीर में...

नीरद जी का डायमंड कॉमिक्स का सफर

 कैसे आया था डायमंड कॉमिक्स में!

क्या दौर था वह....हर तरफ दौड़ता ही रहता था! 1978 से 1983 तक की होगी बात। पोलिटिकल कार्टून भी बनाता था, सारे अखबारों के लिए चित्रकथाएं भी बनाता था। दौड़ आकाशवाणी की भी लगाता था, पहले 'घरौंदा', 'बाल मंडली' फिर 'युववाणी'! लघु पत्र-पत्रिकाओं  'हुंकार', 'नव बिहार', 'वैशाली', 'पहुंच' और ऐसे दर्जनों प्रकाशनों के लिए मुफ्त में लिखता-छपता। उनके स्तंभों के लिए लकड़ी के ब्लॉक भी बनाता। कवि गोष्ठियों में भी भाग लेने का दांव नहीं छोड़ता। राष्ट्रीय स्तर की बड़ी पत्रिकाओं के लिए छोटे कार्टून बनाता, खूब! क्रिकेट और पढ़ाई तो थी ही...

कहीं फ्री कहीं सपारिश्रमिक! पूरा धुरंधर था। छूटे न कुछ, यही सवाल था।😊

पटना में ऐतिहासिक बाल पत्रिका 'बालक' पुस्तक भंडार, हिमालय प्रेस से छपती थी। बहुत अच्छी थी पत्रिका, लेकिन वर्षों से प्रकाशन बंद है। कभी आचार्य शिवपूजन सहाय उसके संपादक थे।

'बालक' का मैं परमानेंट क्रिएटिव सप्लायर था😊 पूरी पत्रिका में मैं ही दिखूं इसका उपाय कर लिया था मैंने। तब 'बालक' में मेरी कई चित्रकथाओं के साथ एक चित्रकथा छपती थी- 'चिम्पू'...नियमित तौर पर! तब एक पेज के 35 रुपये मिलते थे भाई!

....

एक बार मैं 'चिम्पू' लेकर गया, तो आदरणीय संपादक श्री सीताशरण सिंह (उनका विशेष स्नेह था मुझ पर🙏) थोड़े परेशान दिखे। छूटते ही कहा मुझसे, "नीरद, चिम्पू बंद कर दो! तुरंत!...अब नहीं छपेगा ये!"

मेरे तो होश उड़ गए! 35/- का घाटा!🙄

फिर संपादक जी दिखाए एक पत्र.. बोले," देखो, ये डायमंड कॉमिक्स दिल्ली वालों की चिट्ठी आयी है। ये चिम्पू उनका कॉपीराइट है। उन्होंने चिम्पू को फौरन बंद करने कहा है। अरे बंद कर दो भाई! कौन पड़ेगा इस केस-मुकद्दमे में!"

मैं तो इतना कुछ न समझा, न समझना चाहा। मुझे तो 35 रुपये की चिंता थी🤔...

खैर! बंद हो गया, चिम्पू, मगर वह मुझे बहुत बड़ा माइलेज दे गया! ☺️बताता हूँ...

1982 या 1983 होगा। सोचा, चलूं दिल्ली। टारगेट था, डायमंड कॉमिक्स। पैसे कहाँ से आएंगे? तो बैंक में 4 अकॉउंट थे। सबको सीधा बंद कर दिया। कुल जमा हुए तकरीबन 600/- । अपने बड़े भैया को लिया और 600 में पटना दिल्ली का प्रबंध हो गया। ट्रेन थी खटारा 11up/12Dn (अपर इंडिया एक्सप्रेस)। एक खराब टाइप का मोटा ब्रीफकेस था। उसमें कपड़ा, साबुन, तौलिया, चप्पल, ब्रश जीभी और उसी में  छपी किताबें लेकर चला। विजिटिंग कार्ड के नाम पर कार्ड बोर्ड को छोटा-छोटा काटकर उसपर अपना नाम-पता का मुहर मार लिया था।

पिताजी मधुबनी में थे, डिस्ट्रीक्ट जज। उनसे एक पैसा नहीं लेने की खुशी थी, तो उन्हें मेरे द्वारा पैसे नहीं मांगने की खुशी थी। साथ था, तो उनका आशीर्वाद! वह भी खूब सारा!🙏🌸

....

पुरानी दिल्ली पहुंचा। ठहरने की जगह तय थी पहले से।

मैं वही वाला ब्रीफकेस लेकर 2715, दरियागंज में डायमंड कॉमिक्स के आफिस पहुंचा। वहां मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर श्री नरेन्द्र कुमार वर्मा जी से मिला। उन्हें तीन बातों से आपत्ति थी...एक,  बिहार से कोई कार्टूनिस्ट कैसे हो सकता है? दूसरा, इतना छोटा लड़का इतनी शुद्ध हिंदी कैसे बोल सकता है? और तीसरा, मेरी 'बालक' में प्रकाशित अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान की चित्रकथा 'निकोलस' को वह मानने के लिए तैयार नहीं थे कि वह मेरी बनाई हुई है! उनका कहना था कि तुमने विदेशी कॉमिक को कट पेस्ट कर यह चित्रकथा तैयार की है! दरअसल, वह चित्रकथाएं फ़्लैश गॉर्डन से प्रभावित थीं।

उन्होंने कहा, "बनाकर दिखाओ!"

मैं ब्रीफकेस से बनाने के लिए कागज निकालने लगा, कि इसी में कभी ब्रश जीभी गिर जाते तो कभी साबुन। उन्हें यकीन हो गया कि बिहार से कार्टूनिस्ट नहीं कार्टून जरूर आया है!☺️

मैंने बना दिया फटाफट सामने। वह खुश हो गए। बोले, ''जाओ, हमारे भाई साहब हैं, गुलशन राय। वही बताएंगे कि काम क्या मिलेगा!" और उन्होंने उनका विजिटिंग कार्ड पकड़ा दिया।

मैं थैंक यू बोलकर चला वहां से। हालांकि बाद में पता चला कि वहां मेरा साबुन गिरकर छूट ही गया। साबुन का नाम था- 'लक्स'!

....

257, दरीबा कलां। तब यहीं बैठते थे श्री गुलशन राय। डायमंड कॉमिक्स के संपादक थे, अभी भी हैं। बहुत विनम्र और खुशमिजाज! उन्हें जब मालूम हुआ कि मैं पटना से वही कार्टूनिस्ट आया हूँ, जो 'बालक' में चिम्पू बनाता था! और जिसे उन्होंने कॉपीराइट का लेटर भेजकर अविलंब बंद करवाया था। फिर क्या था, वह इतने खुश हुए कि पूछिये मत! मुझे माइलेज मिल गया था!!

फ़ौरन गुलशन जी ने मुझे हर महीने 12 पेज चित्रकथा बनाने का ऑफर दे डाला, 'पलटू' नाम की एक शीघ्र प्रकाश्य पत्रिका के लिए! 50 रुपये पर पेज, यानी 600 रुपये महीना। आने-जाने के 600/- का इन्वेस्टमेंट हुआ था, शुक्र है वह सार्थक हो गया था।

डायमंड कॉमिक्स से मेरा जुड़ना मेरी चित्रकथा यात्रा का एक गौरवशाली इतिहास है। मैने वहां लोकप्रिय चित्रकथा श्रृंखलाओं के तकरीबन 200 पुस्तकबद्ध कॉमिक बनाई (मेरे संग्रह में उपलब्धता के आधार पर)।

"When I started collecting comics back in Oct 2008, I had only a few comics (40-50). Mostly of Super Commando Dhruva. At that time I had no intention of becoming a comic collector. I started buying comic just to fulfill my childhood dream, having lots of comics. I was not even aware that there are comics collector out there.

I started visiting Sunday Book Market at Daryaganj along with my friend Aakash on each Sunday. And this continued for next 5 Years. I tried not to miss any Sunday. I also visited some old places where I used to go for comics in my childhood. Later I visited out of station places for comics. It has been a great journey from 2008 to 2013.

"दोस्तों, आज में आप सबसे राज कॉमिक्स कि अपने सबसे पसंदीदा #सहायक_किरदार (स्त्री) #प्रलयंका के बारे कुछ पूछना एवं बताना चाहता हू्ं ৷

उससे पहले यह बता देना अच्छा रहेगा कि मैं सन 1993 से 2003 तक राज कॉमिक्स का नियमित पाठक था ৷ 2003 से 2005 तक एक - दो कॉमिक्स कभी कभार पढ़ने का सिलसिला ज़ारी रहा और उसके पश्चात अब तक (अनियमित रुप से) मेरा ध्यान केवल पुरानी कॉमिक्सों के प्रति ही रहा है ৷ 90 के दशक मे जो कॉमिक्सें मुझसे छूट गयीं थीं उनको प्राप्त करने कि जद्दोजहद अभी भी चल रही है ৷

बहरहाल बात करते है प्रलयंका उर्फ #ममता_पाठक कि৷

मुझे यह तो पता नहीं कि परमाणु के किस कॉमिक्स में वह प्रथम बार नज़र आई , लेकिन अगर मैं गलत नहीं हू्ं तो #उड़ने_कि_क्षमता रखने वाली वह पहली (सहायक) (महा)नायिका है ৷ परमाणु के साथ कंधों से कंधा मिलाकर खलनायकों से लड़ने वाली प्रलयंका एक आत्मनिर्भर एवं सशक्त महिला है ৷ केवल एक नायिका के रुप में ही नहीं , बल्कि एक आम महिला के रुप मे भी वह एक साहसी पेशेवर #पत्रकार है ৷ वह ना तो कहीं कि राजकुमारी है , ना तो किसी पुलिस कमिश्नर या अपराधी सरगना कि बेटी है और ना ही कि कोई एसी महिला है जिसके साथ कुछ गलत होने के कारण वह एक बदला लेने वाली नायिका बन गई हो ৷ वह बस एक साफ मन कि सशक्त महिला है৷

व्यक्तिगत तौर पर मुझे "ममता पाठक" - यह नाम भी बडा भाता है जो महिलाओं कि एक एसे गुण - ममता - को दर्शाती है हम पुरुषों मे कभी भी एक महिला के समान नहीं हो सकती है ৷ यह नाम श्वेता, नताशा, भारती, ऋचा, मोनिका, सोनिका, शीना इत्यादि से बहुत ज्यादा आत्मीयता का बोध कराती है ৷

कहानियों में देखा जाए तो जिस तरह से विनय कुमार प्रोफेसर कि वैज्ञानिक शक्तियों से लैस पीली-हरी पोशाक के बदौलत अपनी शक्तियां प्राप्त करता है , ठीक उसी तरह , ममता पाठक यह प्राप्त करती है अपने गुलाबी-पीली पोशाक से ৷ अंतर यह है कि परमाणु के नकाब कि जगह प्रलयंका एक बिना आंखों कि पुतलीयों तथा लाल केशयुक्त मुखौटा पहनती है ৷ हालांकि यह मेरा अनुमान मात्र ही है ৷ शायद कभी भी मुखौटा पहनते समय प्रलयंका को दिखाया नहीं गया है ৷

पर सवाल ये बनता है कि आखिर क्यों ममता पाठक प्रलयंका बनने के लिए चुनी गई? जिस तरह से #रिवॉलवर को परमाणु कि उत्पत्ति कथा माना जाता है , क्या उस तरह से प्रलयंका कि कोई उत्पत्ति कथा है? हम यह तो जानते हैं कि ममता, #शक्ति कि मानवीय रुप #चंदा कि ननद है ৷ लेकिन उसके परे और क्या है? 

.

जिस तरह से सोनिका उर्फ काली विधवा को डोगा के सिवाय अन्य महानायकों के साथ दिखाया गया है, क्या कभी प्रलयंका को कभी किसी और के साथ या चंडीका कि तरह अपनी एकाकी कॉमिक्स मिली है ? (मैं आज कि कॉमिक्सों के बारे मे नहीं कह रहा जहां #मल्टीस्टाररों कि भरमार है)

सन 1996 मे #अब_मरेगा_परमाणु के बाद से प्रलयंका परमाणु के कॉमिक्सों मे धीरे धीरे कम नज़र आने लगी ৷ शायद #बम सीरीज़ के बाद #शीना के रुप मे परमाणु को पहली बार मिली एक भावी प्रेमीका को जगह देने के लिए एसा किया गया था ৷ हालांकि ममता पाठक के रुप में वह कम से कम 2001-02 तक नज़र आई थी ৷ शायद #परमाणु_पागल_है में मैने उसे आखिरी बार देखा था ৷

तो दोस्तों, आप भी प्रलयंका के बारे मे कुछ बताए ৷ उसकी उत्पत्ति, पहली कॉमिक्स, आखिरी कॉमिक्स, सबसे बेहतरीन कॉमिक्स , परमाणु / विनय से उसकी दोस्ती और क्यों वह दोस्ती कभी परस्पर प्रेम मे नहीं बदली? इन सबके प्रामाणिक कारण अथवा अटकलें - कुछ भी...

मैने दो रोज़ पहले हुई Raj Comics एप्प सेल में नयी पुरानी कुल 114 कॉमिक्स खरीदी है ৷ इनमें से काफ़ी परमाणु कि पुरानी वाली है तथा काफ़ी सारे नये मल्टीस्टार भी हैं ৷ देखते है कहीं इनमें से किसी मेरे इन सवालों का जवाब मिलता है या नहीं ৷
