*) - The India Army is in talks with comic book publishers to create a "Warrior Series" depicting the life of men in uniform who have performed extraordinary deeds while fighting for the country.
While Indian War Comics already have a series on bravehearts of the force, the Army has been getting requests from different comic book publishers. This is in addition to the Central Board of Secondary Education's plan to introduce supplementary study material for Classes IX to XII on unsung war heroes of the Army, Navy and Air Force.
